These general conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the remote reservation of services offered by our establishment, the contact details of which are specified in this reservation confirmation document.   1. Reservation

  1. Booking process
Reservations made by the customer are made via the dematerialized reservation form accessible online on our reservation platform. The reservation is deemed to have been made upon receipt of the reservation voucher. The customer undertakes, prior to any reservation, to complete the information requested on the voucher or the reservation request. The customer certifies the veracity and accuracy of the information provided. After the final choice of the services to be reserved, the reservation procedure includes in particular the entry of the bank card in the event of a guarantee or prepayment request, consultation and acceptance of the general conditions of sale and the conditions of sale of the reserved rate. before the validation of the reservation and, finally, the validation of the reservation by the customer.
  1. Acknowledgment of receipt of the reservation

For any cancellation by the customer, the refund by the reservation service is made as follows:
  • Cancellation up to and including the 30th day before the start of the stay:the amount of the deposit corresponding to 25% of the amount of the rent will be retained, to which are added if the customer chooses to benefit from it, 25% of the amount of all the services directly linked to the stay as appearing on the description sheet and the balance will be refunded if it has been cashed on the date of cancellation;
  • Cancellation between the 29th and 15th day inclusive before the start of the stay: 50% of the amount of the rent and the amount of the services directly linked to the stay will be retained, if the customer has chosen to benefit from them;
  • Cancellation between the 14th and the day of arrival initially provided for in the contract or no-show: no refund will be made.
In the event of interruption of the stay by the Customer, no refund will be made.
  1. Consumption of the service
Pursuant to the regulations in force in certain countries, the client may be asked, on arrival, to complete a police form. To do this, the customer will be asked to present an identity document in order to check whether or not he must complete the police form. Any behavior contrary to morality and public order will lead the establishment to ask the customer to leave the establishment without any compensation and/or without any refund if payment has already been made. The prices relating to the reservation of services are indicated before and during the reservation. The prices are confirmed to the customer in the amount including tax, in the commercial currency of the establishment, and are only valid for the duration indicated on the booking platform. If the debit at the establishment is made in a currency other than that confirmed on the reservation, the exchange costs are the responsibility of the customer. All reservations, whatever their origin, are payable in the local currency of the establishment, except for special provisions indicated on site. Unless otherwise stated on the booking platform, additional services are not included in the price.Taxes (local taxes, tourist taxes, etc.) if applicable, presented on the rates page, are to be paid directly on site with the establishment. The prices take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order and any change in the rate applicable to VAT will be automatically passed on to the prices indicated on the date of invoicing. Any modification or introduction of new legal or regulatory taxes imposed by the competent authorities will be automatically reflected in the prices indicated on the date of invoicing.
  1. Payment

  1. Convention of proof
The entry of the required banking information, as well as the acceptance of these general conditions and the voucher or the reservation request, constitutes an electronic signature which has, between the parties, the same value as a handwritten signature. The computerized records kept in the computer systems of elloha.com. will be kept under reasonable security conditions and considered as proof of communications, orders and payments between the parties.The customer is informed that his IP address is registered at the time of booking.
  1. force majeure

The guest house is not a place freely open to the public. There may also be other travelers under the same roof. This is why we invite you to take advantage of all the places of life at your disposal in the conviviality and the respect of the intimacy of each one.

Arrivals: In order to be able to welcome you in the best conditions, you will be welcomed from 5 p.m. on the day of your arrival until 9 p.m. Late or, on the contrary, early arrivals, for example, to drop off luggage, are subject to prior agreement.

Departures :On the last day, departures are for 10 am. The host must be able to have the time necessary to offer people who arrive later the most welcoming accommodation possible.

Breakfasts: Breakfasts are served inside or outside the house weather permitting, between 7:30 am and 10:00 am. For earlier hours, simply notify the host.

The rooms: The rooms are not intended for doing laundry or consuming food…
A flat-screen television with TNT is available to visitors in each of the rooms, the sound must be moderate from 10 p.m.
In the event of a stay longer than one night, the renewal of linen if necessary will be done with the host.
For security reasons, no candles in the rooms.

General provisions: In compliance with Decree No. 2006-1386 of November 15, 2006, it is forbidden to smoke in places for collective use.The entire establishment, including the rooms, is therefore non-smoking.
As part of the protection of minors, the sale of alcohol is prohibited to minors under 18 years of age.
We ask our guests to present a decent dress on all occasions, and to be dressed and shod when traveling in the common areas.
Our hosts undertake to return the rooms in perfect condition at the end of the stay and to declare, and assume financially, any possible deterioration for which they may be responsible.
The kitchen is not left at the free disposal of the guests.


Thefts and Accidents: Please close and lock all windows and doors when leaving the room. Valuables (jewellery, multimedia devices, various means of payment, etc.) must not be left in the rooms or in parked vehicles, the host declining all responsibility in the event of disappearance of these objects or bodily injury occurring in the property. Children are the sole responsibility of their parents.

Pets: For the comfort and tranquility of all, we regret that we cannot accommodate pets on the property or in the rooms. In the event of non-compliance with this clause, the host will refuse access.This refusal can in no way be considered as a modification or a cancellation of the reservation so that no refund can be considered.

Eco-tourism: The owners of the Moulin de La Retardière are sensitive to safeguarding our planet by minimizing the footprint of the operation of the guest house.
We are therefore counting on your collaboration to:
  • Avoid leaving lights on unnecessarily,
  • Do not let the water run and moderate the flow during showers,
  • Throw in the toilets only toilet paper, the other waste having a bin provided for this purpose because we are in individual sanitation,
  • Avoid using all the towels made available to you if you do not really need them.

The keys: In the event of loss of the keys, a flat-rate contribution of €70 per key will be invoiced to you.
